Mahakali river (also known as Sharada River by India)’s got this bridge in Kanchanpur District of Nepal that links its only two villages towards the west of this river. Otherwise, this river is the border between India and Nepal in the western end of Nepal.
The bridge is over a mile long and awesomely beautiful. This time of the year, its mostly DRY as the Kulekhani barrage controlled by the Indian Government routes the water from Mahakali to agricultural canals of north west India. As for the rainy seasons, the flood always goes above this bridge level at least for a few days every year!!!
